- JCJo ColosimoNov 24, 20251.0WORST MOST CROOKED BANK EVER! My sister & I have POA over ALL of my father's financials, we closed out the CD my father had to pay for home repairs. We showed the incompetent crooks at PNC the POA, even though they demanded the original, & wouldn't accept a copy. Then they have the audacity to call & demand the cashier's check, stating that they "processed it wrong". Do NOT have an account with these crooks, they will NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY! Filing a complaint with the Ca Dept of Insurance right now.

Assistabt manager stephanie mejia assured me she was different when we spoke on the phone and i came down to the bank thinking that .i called and alerted her i was on my way and she assured she would have everything ready. I get the bank stand in line and nothing is ready i cant even close my acct cause the people back east are gone for the weekend.all she needed to do was make a phone call.so still no money going on over 3 weeks. DO NOT USE PNC BANK. Response to pnc. Already done that still no answers im telling everybody chime is a better route to go

If I didn't already have too many bank accounts going I would definitely get an account there. Competitive rate, customer friendly, and very security conscious with your accounts.
