  Never has an issue with this branch office. Always greeted friendly and courteously. We know each other by first and last name and we normally are not going inside to bank. They have always made us comfortable and easy to work with on some other banking issues we needed (opening IRA's) Elle did great. Paula is a great manager, we love them all..   I've never had any issues with the bank until recently, my issue is very simple. This is the only BBVA near me, I work late hours and depend on the ATM most months to input money into my accounts. For the past 3 months I've had nothing but issues with it, it's always down, or broken, or just outright not doing what I want. 2 weeks ago it took a check and didn't even register the amount, I had to call and go through a process to get it fixed. Tonight, I tried to deposit cash into the ATM, it would take it, and cancel and print me out a receipt. After multiple cycles of this I gave up with no deposit. I leave the 3 stars because I have been a loyal customer to BBVA for many years. They have been nothing but nice to me and their customer service is superb. Always a smile, and a friendly aura. Please, rectify this issue.

  PLACE IS A JOKE! THEH HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! ON 12/30/2016, I WAS HELPED BY A TELLER WEARING A DO RAG! HE WAS DRESSED LIKE BANK ROBBER! HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER! AND TO TOP IT OFF, HE WAS WEARING BIG BAGGY SAGGY JEANS! WHEN YOU WALK IN HERE, NOBODY GREETS YOU! THE MANAGER "PAULA" GIVES YOU DIRTY LOOKS WHEN YOU WALK IN INSTEAD OF GREETING YOU, EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS NO CLIENT WITH HER! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE FIRED AND THE COMPANY NEED TO HIRE REAL PROFESSIONALS WHO KNOW WHAT CLIENT SERVICE IS! AVOID THIS JOKE OF A "BANK"
