I set up a business account last year, and I was talked into signing up for PINACLE (don’t do it) and I never used it because it is ridiculously complicated. And now that I am trying to close my account because my business never opened, I am still being charged for PINACLE services. Called customer service, different branches, and even the Treasury Management and no one will close my account immediately. Don’t ever bank with this company.
