    Worst experience we have ever had with a bank. After a death in the family it has been over a month since probate certificate was issued, and still no timeline for having the RBC investments transferred to the Estate Trust Fund so they can be used for expenses. We can not have anyone explain when the funds will be transferred. After numerous requests for find out who we can escalate to, they have stopped responding at all. DO NOT use this branch if you are hoping for customer service.
