- KLKasada LaceJan 22, 20231.0I tried to be patient with the transition from BBVA. Unfortunately, PNC cannot even begin to compete! The service is abysmal! Their employees (all two), know nothing about their jobs! I have had to make multiple trips to fix the same issues - all at my expense. They never stop charging FEES! I have asked multiple times for answers to questions, I'm told that someone will call me, but they never do. They only call when they want to sell something, but cannot answer questions. I'm guessing that many people have already left, because the place often looks abandoned from the outside. It certainly does not have a welcoming feel to it. I'm leaving because I don't feel secure doing business with them.
