- EPEd POct 22, 20255.0I could not ask for a better bank for my mortgage They gave me a loan and 2018 with the lowest imaginable fixed rate for 30 years… They gave me a forbearance during Covid and put my mortgage on pause for 17 months When I called them for any reason, they are incredibly helpful, kind caring, and professional There seems to be a uniformity and a culture across the board making a unique type of work/service environment they foster which is healthy for the employees and the customers… I have only seen this with one other bank and that’s Navy Federal, Which is basically a family environment… Incredibly grateful to PNC
