  I had a great experience with Financial Counseling. Everyone was very professional and kind . Going through financial situations can be overwhelming and stressful but the moment I came to the office I knew I chosen the right place .Michael and Tamara really help me get through the process as smooth as possible . Their professionalism is outstanding and will always be thankful for their help . So don't hesitant to contact them !

  Michael and Tamara are exceptional experts in bankruptcy law. From start to finish, they were incredibly thorough, responsive, and patient, taking the time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions. They were upfront about potential risks and went above and beyond to outline clear, thoughtful solutions. My case was especially complex and involved unique challenges they had not encountered before, yet they diligently researched every angle and handled it with outstanding skill.   I really can't say anything but positive things. Michael, Tamara, & John were so incredible and so helpful. They really guided me through my journey and helped me feel at ease. I am thankful for all of their help and so glad I found them in my time of need. Truthfully couldn't have done it without their care and attention.

  To anyone reading these reviews: STOP FOR A MOMENT and PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to this-- IF you are ever thinking about going to credit re-structuring, or bankruptcy, THIS IS is THE COMPANY you need -- you absolutely MUST choose! -- Michael, Tamara and John are absolutely the best! Here is my story: My Name is Frank I got into a lot of debt through really no fault of my own, with some job-loss thru mergers, divorce and medical bills, soon financially things spiraled out of control and it kept up steadily getting worse. --- I struggled mightily for several years, fighting a losing battle against rising interest payments and came to realize there was no way out! People and friends told me about the credit re-structuring firms that you see advertising late night on TV, and the more I looked into them, the more I knew they were a scam. "Going Bankrupt" was going to be a huge decision in my life and I wanted to find the right people to help me. I searched and found Financial Counseling Center. Now, I am a Dad, with a little boy and in no place where I could afford to make a mistake. I went in to see Michael and I knew right off the bat, I was in the right place. He pulled out a huge book from his credenza with all the cases he has done over 25 years. He explained the process, and all the hurdles we had to clear. During the process, which in my case took one year (because of some special circumstances) he was THERE BIg TIME, EVERY TIME, even once on a Sunday night, I texted him he answered me back right away.. (Although, recommend please don't text Michael on Sunday night - the guy works endless hours) He gave me a heads up every step of the way and the result could not have been any better, he was spot on at every turn. His Wife Tamara has boundless patience with clients, she is very smart, -- precise, exacting, and she knows the "In's and Out's" of everything involved here as well as anyone possibly could. Tamara is a huge asset and she cares about the clients, and she does a phenomenal job. She gave me great confidence and peace in navigating the long pathway through paperwork and courts etc... Bottom Line: I simply cannot say enough about Michael and Tamara, many days I just marvelled how lucky I was to have found them. I consider this one of the best decisions I have ever made with respect to working with people in my life... And then there is John, --John was awesome, I mean he was effective, and He really got the job done -- Big Time! John kept me at ease through some really --- really stressful moments, his advice was perfect -- I listened to him to the letter and --He got me through. Again, John was a 10++ I can only tell anyone reading this, -- Don't over think this decision another moment, if you want to call me and talk to me, speak to Michael and he can give you my contact information, and I will gladly tell anyone about HOW effectively THIS TEAM came together for me.. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ! and this was the best decision I could have ever made... Hire this team and you will not regret it..and your financial woes will be a thing of the past... They did it for me.

  I went to the Financial Counseling Center for help with my bankruptcy case last year, and they turned what started as a stressful, emotionally challenging situation into an empowering, uplifting experience. Filing for bankruptcy is never an easy decision, no matter the circumstances; however, Tamara and Michael provided outstanding professional advice and resources that helped me make a well-informed decision without any pressure or obligation. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt comforted knowing I was in capable hands. They treated me as more than just another client — they saw me as a person going through a difficult time, and that compassion made all the difference. Both Tamara and Michael were extremely diligent and responsive throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions promptly and provided far more value than I could have ever expected. I’m so grateful this chapter of my life is finally behind me, and I can now move forward with a fresh start thanks to the Financial Counseling Center. If you’re looking for legal guidance in this area, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
