- JHJessica HlavacekSep 11, 20252.0The branch is great but most of the actual banking is through the app. They charged me 2 overdraft fees for one transaction and when I went to the help center on the app I got a preset message about overdrafts that didn't address my issue of getting double charged for one transaction. This is theft in my opinion. I work 10 hour shifts so I can't take my screenshot to the branch to get it dealt with in person so I am very frustrated.
