When we visit, we feel like certain staff is undertrained, communication is confusing due to thick accents and lack of knowledge, and getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. Instead of being helped quickly and clearly, we left frustrated and wasting time. It feels like PNC is cutting corners and filling positions without focusing on whether employees can deliver the level of service customers expect. For a major bank, that’s unacceptable. We expect better professionalism, clearer communication, and higher standards from an institution that handles people’s money.

First couple of visits were welcoming but then the branch employees stopped caring about us, not even answering the phone after several attempts to reach them. They say they will give us a call back but then they forget about it. Bankers I worked with are Winter and Kavitha. Also, they did not provide the correct information about the check deposit timelines and holds, and we believe they are not very knowledgeable in these matters. Seems like a skill gap. Hope someone from PNC administration takes steps to make it a better place to bank. Think twice before approaching this branch.

Christian a management resource stopped her conversation with a colleague got up from her huge desk and asked me what I needed in the most professional yet personal manner. From there she quickly processed my transaction and went shed me a pleasant evening. That is genuine extraordinary customer service in action. Thanks so much Christian. I really appreciate it and wish you well.
