During the interview he was personable, knowledgeable and appeared competent. He was calm and didn't rush through my basic questions. After making an appointment a detailed list of documents was provided which we brought with us. My wife and I anticipated turning over the documents and being contacted in a few weeks to finalize the submission. We were shocked and pleased after less than an hour when Brian showed us the completed tax return and then electronically submitted it. Much better, and less expensive, than the CPA group we had previously used. Beyond five star service.

Do you charge extra for state returns?
Our quoted price includes both federal and California state returns when they can be filed together. If you have a multi-state situation (worked in multiple states, moved during the year, or have income from other states), additional state returns start at $125 each. We'll let you know if this applies to you during your consultation.
Do you offer tax preparation services in Spanish?

Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Yes. We're open Monday-Friday until 6pm and Saturdays until 4pm year-round. During tax season (January-April), we extend our hours until 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays. We also offer virtual appointments in the evenings and on Sundays by request. Same-day appointments are often available.
Can I drop off my documents, or do I need an appointment?
Both options work! You can drop off your documents anytime during business hours - no appointment needed. Or schedule a consultation if you want to discuss your taxes in person or virtually. Many clients prefer the drop-off option for its convenience. We'll call you when your return is ready to review.

During our busiest period (February - March), it may tax 3 - 5 business days. Need it faster? We offer same-day service for urgent situations (additional fee applies). Once we e-file your return, your'll typically recieve your refund in 10 - 14 days via direct deposit.
Can I file my taxes virtually, or do I have to come to your office?
You have total flexibility. Many clients never visit our office - they upload documents through our secure portal and have a virtual review meeting. Others prefer to drop off documents in person and get a call when ready. And some like to sit down with us face-to-face. All options produce the same accurate, professional result. Choose whatever works best for your schedule and comfort level.
