  I needed to open an account last minute for something to do with my child’s disability. Went to my normal bank that I’ve had since 2007 and they brushed me off and said they couldn’t help same day. California Bank & Trust was in the same parking lot so I gave it a shot. I explained the situation and the banker squeezed me in and helped me the special kind of account my son needed. They even offered my son a plushie to keep him calm. I have since gone back to the bank to withdraw and Rose (might be Rosie, I’m horrible with names) remembered me and was so kind. I feel very welcome and taken care of and would recommend to anyone.

  I go there with thier checks and they won't cash them half the time the cashier is like I dont remember you lol like she is always there.

  I have been with this bank and brach for about 20 years. Always found the tellers pleasant and helpful. I had to go into get some copies of some statement s. Tracy was immediately helpful. She called me over, heard my problem and fixed it in a short period of time. I also needed an ATM replacement card. She took care of that and told me when I would receive it. Thanks Tracy for a pleasant and efficient time at your bank.

  A humongous thanks to the branch Manager Tim Mcdougal, the time he took to talk to me and the advice is something very rare. Kudos for having the best customer service!

  Friendly tellers and the bank was well kept and near a mall.
