  I really don’t recommend this bank. Been here for many years and if it wasn’t such a hassle to change banks I would. The workers are friendly enough but the bank doesn’t really offer anything special. I need to buy a car and want to put down a sizable amount. I have double what I want to withdraw in my account yet they can’t release my money for me to use. I just want a release on my debit card for the weekend while I shop for a car but all they can do is 10k. That amount is hardly a down payment with the cost of cars nowadays.

  Horrible bank! Run away! I made a deposit of $960 to pay bills that day, and the machine malfunctioned and took my money and card. I went in to figure out what went wrong. They said they couldn't do anything until five days later when they balance the ATM. Keep in mind I had the receipt in hand with all the information they needed. They didn't even give a second thought as to whether they could give me a temporary credit or not. Their answer was, "I can't do anything. Get out of my bank." They held my bill money without a care in sight. Horrible bank. I'll be sure to spread the word far and wide. I promise this bank will not prosper. Here you see a response from the owner showing their absolute inconsideration by telling to go to social website, smh. Edit, just closed my account here and they are still making moves within the account to try and fraud me. This bank is garbage! Anyone doing business with this bank needs to leave now! They are stealing from you! Mind you! I spread sheet all my money. Frauds!

  Very poor customer Service. The manager of the branch has exceptionally poor customer service etiquette. States has been a manger for 30yrs have been going to the branch for last 20yrs saw her once only and provided poor service. She is non flexible when it comes to accommodating old people with disabilities during the time of Covid-19 restrictions.

  If I could Negative Star I would, I have gone here for my fathers business for ten years and cashed his business checks. A few days ago they made me go inside to make a profile which I could literally done in the drive thru! They wasted my morning and took forever but I let it be. Today, after making a profile just a few days ago they made me go inside to cash the check again! Then they started questioning me about what the money was for; as far as I’m concerned what is it any of there business what my fathers business checks are for? Then they want to be extremely rude and if I could use a different word I would!! I left feeling disrespected and mad! She made me fingerprint a $300 check, when literally; a few days ago I cashed a $3000 check without harassment or disrespectful attitudes! Luckily I don’t and never will bank here! The middle aged, Hispanic lady with crunchy hair and glasses was beyond rude and invaded my privacy for my father business; I will assure to never have her help me again! I was going to call their bank and complain but maybe this will wake her up to reality!
