- TTTMay 3, 20231.0The worst customer service. Blanca, who is the bank manager has very poor ethics and customer service skills. Very disappointing to experience a bank not treating customers with RESPECT! Don't waste your time, unless you don't have respect for yourselves. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!
- LBLeanna BradleyAug 19, 20194.0Blanca Alvarado was a great help with a issue I had with my credit card from BBVA she took extra time out of her day to call me and keep me updated until my situation was resolved after I left the branch. The teller was very kind and helpful as well ... However the call center for credit card issue is obviously in another country!! So difficult to understand the person on the phone . I was on the phone with them for about 45 minutes and I had to talk to two people the first one says he can't cancel my card so I demanded to speak to his supervisor to get my lost or stolen card cancelled! I still had to go to the branch to get help from Blanca to complete the process and get a replacement card..
