- KDKaydence DavilaOct 21, 20255.0I've seen the bad reviews and I can either contest them or say with confidence that PNC has improved (as I have only been banking with them for 5 years compared to the 6+ year old ratings). Especially with this location, but applicable to all, I am always greeted with a smile and helped in a timely manner. I've never once had an issue with staff, they've actually all been very kind and respectful, especially with helping me open a student account and giving me all the information I need. On their tech side, it's been a bit iffy, but they've improved the app greatly just in the past few months. But when I've had issues with fraud and theft, my bank accounts were secured and the card was terminated ONLINE with no hassle, and a new card was issued when I went into the bank the next day. I greatly appreciate the safety I've had from this bank, and again, the kindness and dedication of the staff.

Very disappointing to experience a bank not treating customers with RESPECT! Don't waste your time, unless you don't have respect for yourselves. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!
- LBLeanna BradleyAug 19, 20194.0Blanca Alvarado was a great help with a issue I had with my credit card from BBVA she took extra time out of her day to call me and keep me updated until my situation was resolved after I left the branch. The teller was very kind and helpful as well ... However the call center for credit card issue is obviously in another country!! So difficult to understand the person on the phone . I was on the phone with them for about 45 minutes and I had to talk to two people the first one says he can't cancel my card so I demanded to speak to his supervisor to get my lost or stolen card cancelled! I still had to go to the branch to get help from Blanca to complete the process and get a replacement card..
