- KDKaydence DavilaOct 21, 20255.0I've seen the bad reviews and I can either contest them or say with confidence that PNC has improved (as I have only been banking with them for 5 years compared to the 6+ year old ratings). Especially with this location, but applicable to all, I am always greeted with a smile and helped in a timely manner. I've never once had an issue with staff, they've actually all been very kind and respectful, especially with helping me open a student account and giving me all the information I need. On their tech side, it's been a bit iffy, but they've improved the app greatly just in the past few months. But when I've had issues with fraud and theft, my bank accounts were secured and the card was terminated ONLINE with no hassle, and a new card was issued when I went into the bank the next day. I greatly appreciate the safety I've had from this bank, and again, the kindness and dedication of the staff.

I prefer the location overall as it is more conveniently located to businesses I frequent, this location also has a drive thru ATM (as well as additional walk up ATM near the front entrance). Most of the staff tend to know me by name (well at the drive thru window lol) and that's always a pleasant feeling with any businesses. I've had a few hiccups occur while I was on leave for my pregnancy which was very stressful but they were pnc system issues and not really anything the banking staff could do about it and pmc definitely needs to make some software improvements in that department. But customer service is always excellent, seldom a line, and a clean well kept location.
