I even called the bank before arriving to confirm it was possible; a woman answered obviously more aware of her bank's process. He needs to be re-trained. Dragged out what should have been 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Will definitely not being coming back in the future at all

But when you wait for your debt card and credit card to come it you'll get an email saying it has arrived but it hasn't and you try calling about it and they say wait another week but another week goes by and you still don't have it so you have to recall and they still say it should arrive any day.... this is stuipd.
