One employee, Adam, was loud and disrespectful. Very poor customer service.

- BDBetty DiehlMay 21, 20241.0I received a check from a company. I deposited into my account not at PNC. I got notification from my bank stating it was returned by the paying bank PNC because they couldn't find the account. I called the company and they said that shouldn't have happened. To take it to PNC directly and they will cash it. So I did and the teller told me I would be charged 1.50 to cash it. I said I shouldn't because PNC rejected the check. I tried to show him what I got from my bank. He didn't even want to see it and said take it up with my bank. I asked to see the manager and he said he was in Clovis. So I left, when I got in the car I recounted the money and he charged me 2.00 not 1.50 like he said it was. I then called the Clovis PNC since I was told the manager was there. I was told he was in a meeting. The girl took my name and number and said she would have Ruben call me as soon as he is out of his meeting. Well it now has been over 24 hrs and never heard from Ruben the manager. Now I know why I quit banking with PNC.
