They remember your name and details every time you visit and you get treated well. The front office person greets you upon arrival is not only very friendly but he is also helpful. Sujata Bajpai is the banker I have been interacting over the years. She goes out of the way in making sure your requests and tasks are completed. It is the people who make a difference and these individuals certainly make PNC bank a better place.

There was only 1 other person who was being served by the manager and I was the only other person waiting to be served. After waiting for 15 minutes, an employee walked up and told me I cannot be served as its closing time, there was still 45 minutes to close and they dint even ask the reason for my visit, All I wanted was to open a savings account. They are not interested in doing business and keeping their customers happy. All they wanted to do was, sign off and go home. I'm considering, closing my long standing account with PNC and moving to a much customer appreciating bank down the street. Good bye PNC>
