  I made an appointment here with "anyone". I was assigned to Yajaira. My appointment was 2/13 at 6:30. The appointment started almost 10 minutes late. She needed additional information that I did not have access to at the time of the appointment. I emailed her the information by 7:15 PM that same night. She acknowledged receipt of that information shortly after and said she would call me tomorrow to finalize. I got a call the next day from reception asking to reschedule my appointment for that day as Yajaira was sick. I told her I didn't have an appointment that day I had it yesterday, everything was done just had to add in one last number. She told me she had no idea when the representative would be back in the office. I got a call a week later asking me again for the information that I had already provided to her no less than 15 minutes after my actual appointment, which she confirmed she received that day. She's been short and unhelpful since about scheduling a time to come in to finalize everything. Did try calling to ask for an office manager or someone else to assist, was asked to leave a message. I'll just go elsewhere. Go to a real tax professional, not this place.

  I've been paying to get my taxes done for 15 years and I've never had such a messy, slow and unprofessional experience. Two weeks after my appointment and my taxes still aren't filed and the representative that was supposed to be filing them, Yajaira has been nothing but incompetent.
