  I just barely started w/ PNC and I am enjoying it. I signed up when a couple Escalon reps came to my job. They were so helpful, although it was very easy for me to do the sign up, because I’m very tech savvy. Very warm welcomes when I walk in to the branch location(s).

  The staff at this location are not friendly and do not give you accurate information. They’ve told me incorrect information today and had me call the 800 number just to find out they were completely wrong. Transactions take forever to clear, the app is very frequently not working. I’ve had issues where all of a sudden by balance will go negative $1000 and when I call to ask why they told me it just happens sometimes. Horrible bank that doesn’t care about the customers. You will see this bank slowly fade away because no one wants to deal with these issues on a regular basis. I have Chime and have had them for 10yrs and have had zero problems. Check deposits clear immediately up to $20,000 am I direct deposit goes in two days early. I’m going to have to go to PNC every day and withdraw $1000 at a time until my account is empty Or wait an entire week to request money. I’m never able to use the money that I need with these small little transaction limits. I hate you PNC And your Escalon branch is horrible and should be closed indefinitely!

  This PNC bank location is excellent. Customer service is always stellar. I would recommend PNC and this location to anyone.
