  I opened my account in this bank in august and i been to this branch 5 or six times. Except for from 2 visits when I opened my account. Rest of the time it was not very delightful experience. I opened a high yielding savings account in August and was told that it will start incurring the rate of interest in a week. I was under the impression if they told me it will. I received my three month statement in nov and opened that in December shows, tgat was regular savings account . Went to the bank and been asked who opened the account and he will get back to me. No one get back to me. Waited few weeks again went in January and finally started getting interest in the last week of January. Then in march opened a cd from that account because the account i opened doesn’t guarantee a fixed rate. No one was actualy desperate to get me in. Was able to make an appointment in few attempts. Thats when i met this manager, she likes to talk, i felt she is interested to know her clients and she want me yo open bisiness account which i am glad I dont. This time i need to submit trust certificate and i made appointment through app. 1:15 through the end of the day appointments were available. Reached little before 1 pm seated and a guy was passing by and i told him i have an appointment at 1:15. He said manager is with a client and i have to wait. I was sitting quietly. She was done and then with her client she was waiting for teller. Then she went inside another room and then standing behind the tellers talking. I went to the guy who talked to me see how much longer bcoz i have to pick up my kids. He said she will be with me soon. Still waiting. Her client who was with teller now , when she is with teller, told her that i am asking , she looked at me , i was also looking at her then she ignored me. After few minutes she went pass by me and i asked her i had an appointment at 1:15 she looked at her watch it was 1:45. She said with who, i said i dont know i just booked it in the app. She said she is leaving soon which i assume at 2 pm and he is busy. She went to the guy and started chatting there. I am waiting and thinking lets wait more otherwise i have to come back. I am looking at them she is not even doing anything but not offered to help me. I even told her that i have to go to another bank and then pick up my kids. She was not bothered and finally when their business looks like not coming to an end i got up and left the place. No one asked me to wait or anything. They all saw me leaving especially her when she knew i am waiting for more than an hour for an appointment. After 25-30 mins i received call from the guy, apologizing ofcourse. And i told him i bank with 5 different banks , i was never treated like this before. He said i can come later or some other day. I told him i would rather go to 8 miles farther to another branch , than coming back to them or i ll just close my account with them. I am no longer doing business with them.

  PNC needs to quality check itself on this one worst way to open an account. Staff here is the reason hatred is a frequent word used to describe their practices. Everything there was to mess up they messed up. ABSOLUTE ZERO
