  Ms Kaur is an example of why pretentious, spiteful, and empathy-challenged individuals should not be in customer service roles. She is the epitome of someone who feels small and insignificant so she has to prove her “power” by being an awful human being to people trying to access their OWN funds. This branch and specifically her is why we will be withdrawing all of our funds and closing the accounts we have with once bank.

  Worst bankers ever. Their app didn't work so went to them in person to help with new debit card. There were 2 tellers and 2 orher ladies in diff. areas. 1 thing was similar in all of them that they were doing "NOTHING". Every time i asked anyone for help they said " Please have a seat. All of our staff members are busy ( doing nothing). There was another lady there b4 us who was waiting for even b4 us. After we sat for over 25 mins we both got tired and upset and asked for help again. Finally she was called and then me. It took her coyple of seconds to fix my debit card issue. I asked them "What do you get paid for? Nothing?" And left. I hope PNC hire right people who earn their income lawfully by helping clients.

  If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This branch has left an AWFUL taste in my mouth! I will NEVER recommend anyone (especially business customers) to come here. First things first, they don’t give you temporary cards when you create your account. So you're stuck waiting “7-10” business days to access YOUR funds. Secondly, it took OVER TWO WEEKS for my debit card to come, which NEVER arrived! I received MANY empty promises on when my card should be delievered to me, it even said it ARRIVED! Arrived where?? Of course no one knows, all I know is it didn’t come to me and was never activated. I speak with the BRANCH MANAGER DIANA SMITH & she could care less! I expressed how this delay has now caused difficulties in my finances and all she cared about was closing my account...not helping me, not servicing me, not even a measly attempt! The vibe this place gives me is the definition of STALE! Customer service? STALE! Personality? STALE! Friendly associates? STALE! Popcorn in the lobby?? STALE! So I happily gave my business to their neighboring Wells Fargo and make it my business to divert people from this company, especially this branch.
