- AAAngieSep 11, 20255.0This is by far the best Wells Fargo I’ve visited when it comes to customer service. I’m always helped by someone I believe is named Christian (I don’t remember his exact name 😖), but he is simply the best. His service is excellent; he always makes you feel very welcome and attended to with a smile. Fortunately, he always assists me whenever I go, and he truly deserves recognition for the exceptional work he does. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing quality service and making customers feel valued. It’s important to highlight this because at other Wells Fargo locations, the customer service has been terrible. Here, I don’t even mind coming from another area just to be assisted at this branch. They definitely stand out!

I get the strong impression that the employees aren't fully trained on everything they need to know to perform their jobs efficiently & correctly. And unlike full WF branches where employees are @ least dressed in business casual attire, there doesn't seem to be a dress code @ this branch. Jeans & t-shirts seem to be the norm.
