- TMTiffany MoneMar 21, 20261.0Unprofessional treatment and profiling at this branch!!! I visited this branch today to cash a check drawn from this specific bank. Despite presenting my ID and a second form of identification, I was subjected to an unnecessary and humiliating delay. The teller, Brittney, forced me to wait while she 'called in' the check to verify it, claiming that checks from 'certain entities' are often fraudulent. I have never had this issue before, and the bank’s system should have been able to verify their own check instantly. It felt like I was being racially profiled and treated with suspicion for no legitimate reason. This kind of 'verification' felt less like a standard procedure and more like targeted harassment. I will not be returning to this location!!

It seems like anything you asked for she’s just so excited and is just waiting to say no so she can some weird satisfaction . I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt I tried working with her and she made it impossible so I had to take my business to Bank of America .
