- JEJohn EngelbertFeb 29, 20241.0If I could give a negative star I would. The service of PNC Bank is the worst. I have a special needs brother who I do all of his banking. He lost his ATM Card. I went in, attempted to request a new one. Because he does not live in my town, they could not order him one. Wait, there's more. I explained this and stated "I am on his account, before when you were BBVA, you would just look at the notes and see this". Nope, does not matter. I could order a card in MY name and it would take 7-10 business days, just not his. However, because I am on his account, I CANNOT ORDER A CARD IN HIS NAME. However, if MY brother calls Customer Service, they could issue the card in his name. Wait, what? So, if I have his name, ssn, date of birth and the phone number on his account is mine for verification, he can call to get a new card? Oh, okay. Thanks, 5 to 7 business days for the new card. If you are in Clovis/Fresno. Stay away. Cornelius Stephens went to Sierra Bank. If you worked with him at BBVA, he is over there. I am transferring everything over to him when I get a chance after tax season. I am going to also have my clients pull their accounts as well.

Her attitude definitely brings it down to the 2 star I'm leaving. If I were rating here it's an easy 1, and only 1 because there's no 0.

It has been over 2 hours now, trying to talk to someone to help me set up my husband's mobile app and i can not get anything done... the gentleman with customer service, was very rude. My husband can't hardly see and he wouldn't help us because I had to tell my husband the account number to give him.... my husband has a disability and the gentleman refused to help him because he has a disability.
