The bank lacks efficiency and the employees have the inability nor the desire to get customers in and out in a timely manner. There has never been a situation where I have gone to this bank to withdraw money or cash a check and been able to to get out in less than 30 minutes. The bank manager specifically has zero interest in maintaining good rapport with customers and goes out her way to show that her “managerial tasks” are more important than the customers waiting in the lobby. This bank could be better run by a bunch of children and am sorry I ever trusted my money with them.
