  My brother banked here in Barstow Ca. He was also well known in the community of Barstow. He was my other brothers guardian who was a disabled veteran. Sadly my guardian brother passed. I took my veteran brother back home with me to live. However Flagstar would not let my veteran brother withdraw his remaining money without guardian brothers permission, understandable. So I took my veteran brother back home to Las Vegas. While home I was able to get my veteran brothers guardianship transferred to me, I even got my brother a state issued ID from Nevada and all his other papers, ss card, veterans card, birth certificate and we both took a trip back to Flagstar bank in Barstow with my guardian brothers death certificate to. All the proper paperwork needed. Flagstar still refused to give my brother his remaining money. From his own account. Anyway my veteran brother has since passed also. Its not much money but it was his and Flagstar stole it. I just want to let everyone know this bank is veteran unfriendly. Do not bank with this company if you are a veteran. Funny they have flag in their name when they steal from veterans. Thieves!

  I open Ed and account with Flagstaff and did everything they wanted me to do to have $300.00 sent to my account for opening a new account and im here Feb 11 2026 opened Sept. 29 2026 and now they are dening me my money. Who knows how many people signed up for this scam. Don't do it they are nice when you set up but when you go in for the $300.00 they say ooh you didnt do this or did that, dont get suckered in to their BS

  My grandma sent me in here (her bank) to get her coins. She can’t leave the house anymore so I do all her errand. Flagstar says I can’t take coins out because I’m not on her account. I said she sent me here for her, I have her debit card. They said maybe she can add someone to the account and they can come in. I told them my grandpa(her husband) was on the account but he passed away and it’s just her and I in the house. Still the lady said no because it’s not my account. So I asked if I can go the ATM, take the money out, then get the coins. She said no because I don’t bank there. I’m lost for words! I feel like that’s not even policy and they were discriminating against me instead because the lady was going to do it at first, but after asking someone, she changed her mind on wanting to help me. I don’t even know how to get my grandma her coins anymore if her bank won’t let me
