- JPJohn PortugalApr 16, 20261.0They offered a promotion and so my family and I opened up two bank accounts but because of their miscommunication and issues on their part, we were not given the promotion. Instead of being responsible and taking ownership, the manager offered to waive the fee or give less than what was promised and we were told that it would be a teaching lesson for their staff. Which is all well and good but the only ones who really suffered was my family and they did not seem sorry at all. I will not recommend this bank to anyone as they will attempt to skirt responsibility and find loop holes to get out of trouble.
