    worst customer service ever, the rep in New West Elsa was rude and also she was acting as though it was in her money. refused to give us options, other than stocks. The manager Stephen didn't have a clue what was going on. This review will change if there is professional resolution. this bank does not care. They hire reps who act as though they can do and say anything.
