- CMCarrie MackintoshDec 23, 20231.0This is one of the most horrendous banks I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The teller was extremely rude, talked over me, assumed what I was saying before I even said it and then accused me of lying when it was her that misunderstood what I was trying to tell her. She then proceeded to write a comment on my account for other branches to see. Stay far away from this branch. Better yet, stay far away from RBC as a whole. After almost 20 years with RBC we will be withdrawing our money, closing our accounts and going elsewhere. Unfortunate as we were going to be going through them for a mortgage. Not now. RBC….do better.
