The teller who usually helps me is absolutely wonderful but when a problem arises and you need clarification from a manager she is extremely rude ! As I was speaking to her she literally walked away from me and went to her office and ignored me because I asked for the policy information in a civil tone. If you have no issues or questions it's just a typical bank but if you need manager good luck. Poor representation.
