- BDBrianna DowlingMar 26, 20261.0Foothills Bank has been nothing but a frustrating and overall bad experience. Their system is constantly having glitches, whether it was trying to access my account online or even trying to close my accounts. It’s not just a major inconvenience, it’s actually caused us to pay out of our own pocket multiple times. That’s completely unacceptable for a bank that’s supposed to handle finances accurately and reliably. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The assistant manager, Sonia Guest, had a dismissive and rude attitude when we tried to get help. Instead of offering solutions, we were met with a lack of accountability and experience. Overall, dealing with this bank has been a complete waste of time and money. Between the ongoing technical issues and poor management, I would not recommend Foothills Bank to anyone looking for a reliable and professional bank.
