Now that I've moved from the Menlo Park area it would appear that this branch on East Grant Rd @ Park Ave is now going to be my "home bank." Everyone here was super nice today and respectful down to security. I really enjoy banking with PNC, they're always very helpful and offer the right information if I have any questions. Bravo!

Simple mistake, right?! Understandable. I spoke to one of the bankers the next day after seeing the mistake and the overdraft fee. i explained to him that the teller made a mistake on my account and was charged an overdraft fee. He would not refund me the overdraft fee for the mistake made by the teller. Now that is unforgivable.
