Because I have a clearspend card they make me feel like I'm a drug dealer and I'm funneling money through their bank which is not true I have to go most five miles out of my way for decent customer service
- JFJoy FladerMar 16, 20161.0DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH! Or BBVA in general for that matter. Worst business/in general accounting experience I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Was a business customer with online only access (aka can't use a teller more than twice in a month) and they cancel my debit card because of the new smart chip system. I went into the branch 3 times to get it reissued, each time changing my address (because I can't do it online) and never received it. Couldn't cancel the account until 6 months after opening it and there was an account minimum that no one told me had to be in there before I could use the mobile app. Now for a business customer with online only access, don't you think that would be nice to know? That deposit minimum tidbit also wasn't in any of their official paperwork that I received with opening the account. Long story short, save yourself the money and time (because once its open, you have the unfortunate courtesy of keeping it for 6 mo) and go anywhere else.
