- CCCMay 2, 20221.0This bank has been the most worst experience ever. We went in on 04/20 to close the account and 9 days later it still was not closed. Come to find out they forgot to close it and allowed a transaction to go through when we don’t have overdraft protection so normally it would decline but somehow it went through and put the account in the negative. So because of negligent staff we are getting stuck with a charge. Called the bank and no one cares and no one can do anything even though it was their fault!!! DO NOT bank with these people they are negligent and don’t care about their customers at all!!

- DDDianeFeb 16, 20222.0Ever since PNC took over BBVA I've had nothing but trouble. While I do appreciate the call center being in the USA...the customer service in the bank locations really stink. Takes forever for a simple transaction. Thinking I have to change banks soon.
