She even went over some other products to help us build our future. We went earlier last week and the representatve was nice but not very helpful at all. To be honest yesterday was a deal breaker for us. If we were able to do what we needed I was going to go to a different bank. Thank you so much Debbie P for being such an AMAZING PERSON!!! We will for sure be loyal customers of yours going forward.

They don’t even give updates like it’ll just be another minute, we’re finishing this up and on the phone no saying it’s going to be a while can I have the banker call you back or schedule an appointment. Three hours on hold until they hung up on me before my phone almost died. They also charge preposterous daily processing fees for their POS system on business accounts.

Only problem is the location of the bus stop right by the parking lot. Interesting people sit behind the bus stop blocking people trying to park. Welcome to broadway pantano. EASTSIDE.
