One teller (name unknown) politely apologized to me for the delay while she helped another customer. The tellers are always friendly. Natalie, the teller, goes above and beyond to help. Jeremy, the banker, is knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged for a meeting between the PNC financial advisor and me. For many transactions, an email suffices, without the need to appear in person at the branch. I'm glad now that I stuck with PNC through the transition from BBVA.
