- SSScorpion SJul 28, 20251.0This branch is absolutely awful. Every time I come here literally nothing gets done. From making changes to my account to a simple deposit, multiple visits result in having to visit another PNC branch. They are rude and unhelpful.

It converted to PNC too quickly for me to be able to compare the current service with BBVA. I can say from the two or three bank accounts I've had in the last 30 years, PNC's web service is the absolute worst. The site is often down or will not allow me to sign in. It seems like that should be a simple thing for banks to implement by now. I would like to post less than one star, but can't.
