  This bank is absolutely horrible they treated me like I was a criminal. Told me I was scaming them and ripped my application in my face and said they dont accept me. This is even before I started banking with them. I have done no such thing and I understand the have the right to deny me but it's not even like they did a background check or even a credit report. They just took one look at me said bank was far from my current address and I explained I was moving over to this side of town and I was called a liar. Never will go to this bank again might be filing a law suit against the manager for racism.

  The worse bank ever! So not bank here! Horrible customer service. Just no!!!! If you are a customer that is lower middle class, a single mother, and is going to school, I would stay away from this bank!!! So many times they have put a hold on checks from my school for weeks just because I am low income. I guess the rich get treated differently at this bank compared to single mothers that are in school that are not rich. - making single mothers that work and go to school lives even more difficult. I have never had any issues with their sister bank in Montana that I banked at for years. Now I wish that I have never even banked here. It’s all about money to them NOT about community and customers. Do not bank here. They should be reported to BBB as well. I don’t know how they even feel ethical with how they treat lower income customers.
