  This is by far the worst bank ever. They don’t know the answers to the easiest questions. I don’t even know how this bank is in business. Latest example, called to get a statement on my heloc, they said they don’t have anything past March 2025 and they must have sold my loan, but they are the ones that deduct my payments. Steer clear of this business!

  I opened a Flagstar account earlier this year due to their rates, but have stayed due to their customer service. Jessica M. has gone above and beyond to ensure my banking needs are met and has been nothing short of amazing! I live out of town and being able to simply pick up the phone and call her directly to assist with transactions has been exceptional. She truly sets this branch apart from other locations and banks. Thank you Jessica!

  I have opened my business account about 2 moths ago ; I was helped by Clara D. and since then I have been help by Jessica M and Maria A. I have found them very knowledgeable and help full. Flagstar's on line banking and mobile apps are user friendly. I have also open a number of personal accounts. I left Chase after 30ys to go to Flagstar Bank
