- JWJustin “J” WJan 5, 20261.0I don’t know what’s going on but this location always makes it feel like it’s an inconvenience to do anything, just tried to open a new business checking account and the lady made it seem like I’m bugging them since I didn’t have an appointment who knew that it takes 2 hrs (her words) to set up an account, and every time I go in the lady in the offices to the right is always on her cell phone and the lady to the left always has a customer she’s helping.

- GAGhassan alnajjarFeb 22, 20251.0This is the worst bank I have ever seen in my life. I warn everyone. Do not open an account with them. I am not happy with this site. I have requested to withdraw an amount of money 3 times, and in the 3 times they say we do not have this amount, knowing that my account is a business account. Every time I ask them to withdraw an amount, they say we do not have this amount. Their way of dealing is not good and they do not have any way of customer service. When I asked to speak to the manager, she spoke to me with all arrogance. Tomorrow I will close my account in this unprofessional bank. I advise everyone to avoid this bank.
- JAJohn AhernApr 23, 20191.0They offer a Money Market Rate of 2% they are currently paying me 1.69% I called Ian to have my rate bumped up, he says the Branch manager Monica Vargas said that rate is only available to new accounts and I as a long term customer do not qualify for a higher rate. Very poor customer service! So Monica I will take my $130,000 to another bank that appreciates loyal customes and pays 2.25%
