  I don’t know what’s going on but this location always makes it feel like it’s an inconvenience to do anything, just tried to open a new business checking account and the lady made it seem like I’m bugging them since I didn’t have an appointment who knew that it takes 2 hrs (her words) to set up an account, and every time I go in the lady in the offices to the right is always on her cell phone and the lady to the left always has a customer she’s helping.

  This location has decreased staff and no longer has a Notary! I would have to drive 30 minutes to Glendale to get a location with a Notary. PNC is definitely going downhill in services.

  Absolutely awful! You are truly a number at this bank, typical “big” bank. The management is the worst especially at this particular branch. Monica Vargas is terrible to do business with and I feel bad for the customers dealing with her. It’s a shame they don’t replace her with someone who truly cares and will put the customers best interest in mind. I would definitely think twice before banking here unless they get rid of the trash and start putting the customer first!

  Never had a bad experience here. Staff goes out of there way to make sure you walk out satisfied. Always call you by name, manager stops bye and chats you up. Amazing!
