They told me it was for my business credit card services. In other words the charges my company was getting for charging customers with their credit card. Only thing is, I don't have a business. I had to keep fighting with them for more than a month and they offered to give me 2 months of the fees credited and if I had only told them sooner. For a year I told them and I don't have a business to have these charges. Can you believe this and the offer to give me 2 months credit for charges that totaled over $1000. I realize that most customer service is gone in the world, but this was completely ludicrous.
