I have spoken to them, I have it in writing. Yet my account still isn’t closed. I continue to contact them repeatedly to close the account, they say they’re sorry the 20 prior agents all made mistakes, assure me my account will be closed, then the next day I go through it all again like it never even happened. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.

I got overdrafted from my account being hacked into then charged a service fee from idk what, then a monthly overdraft bc I wasn’t aware my account was over drafted bc I haven’t used it in two month so now I owe a huge amount of money for something I didn’t even do or was aware of. The employees in the actual bank in Sierra Vista are great, but the customer service call line is absolutely horrible! Just rude!
