I would agree that finding the office was a bit difficult but we came early so had time to find it, Amir's email instructions were very helpful, just signage on the building took a while

- RRRickyFeb 6, 20261.0One word, PISSED!! Let’s start with scheduling an appointment online. The selection is not good. Only 3 individuals came up after cycling through 3 attempts is all you get. Once I settled with the most experienced one, I wanted a specific time and day due to my work schedule but they didn’t offer it. I settled for closest one. I was matched with Amar. I sent him a message on Wednesday asking him some questions before my scheduled appointment to see if they honored the Allstate 20% off. It said your tax proper will reach out within 48 hours. I messaged again on Thursday to add another question. Today is Friday at 3:30pm and still no reply. I called over at this location and it says 45-50 min wait time. Ridiculous. I ended up driving from Anthem to this location and had issues finding the location. Once I finally arrived, there is no signage stating Turbo Tax anywhere. I went to all floors and there was no suite 215 or office that is attached to my appointment reminder. I have attached photos as proof that I am here. This was the 1st and Last business transaction attempt I will be doing with Turbo Tax.
