  There is no way I can explain how grateful I am to Viktor Otero. He was my mother's banker for years. He was so kind and patient with her. Her trust in him wore off on me. After Mom passed away, he has guided me through the tough decisions I needed to make. I have been so blessed to have an honest, kind man assist me in my new journey. I talk about him so much, all my friends know who I'm speaking about when I say it's time to visit Viktor. Through Viktor I met Samuel Smith. He was so kind in offering me different options in investing my money. Flagstar is very lucky to have such dependable and compassionate staff. I would recommend these gentleman without hesitation.   I went to Flagstar Bank because they offered all the services I needed, including high-yield savings accounts, safety deposit boxes, and checking. They offer much more but those things were what I initially needed. I wasn’t expecting the exceptional level of service that waited for me at Flagstar. At this branch, Nate, Natalia, and Ty were just incredible! (I’m sure everyone is but these team members are with whom I interacted with the most.). I was met with people who know their products and could help me discern which were best for me. They worked diligently to get my assets transferred and kept me apprised of when they arrived. They wanted me to be informed about my assets and it’s comforting to know they care about me. The communication is excellent, the service is first class, and the team is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. It’s so welcoming to walk into a bank where you are greeted by your name when you enter. The team knows who you are at Flagstar, they know what you need, and they help you reach your goals. I’ve had accounts at several banks over the years, from large national banks to smaller local banks. I’ve never received the level of service I receive at Flagstar. I’m thrilled they’re my bank. And, it’s great to bank where everybody knows your name.

  The manager Nathan and staff were so kind and helpful. They all went above and beyond with answering my questions and offering me products to help keep my rental income separate from my personal finances. I would highly recommend this branch!

  After receiving excellent customer service, this bank is great. Immediate availability of deposits would be nice; however, the remainder is nice.
