- NRNicholas RadavichFeb 23, 20241.0I visited this PNC branch with a Cashier’s Check drawn from one of their clients. The amount was for only $8,000. I was told very rudely by the “Teller Manager” Jannell as no true branch manager was available that she first did not have the cash available and that she would by Wednesday… meaning she planned on operating the bank for 3 business days with less than $8k. She then realized how ridiculous she sounded and said that money was allocated to other clients.. meaning they took this clients money for the Cashiers Check but didn’t allocate the funds after withdrawing them? Absolutely absurd. I was discriminated against, treated poorly, and will be filing a true complaint as this goes against many banking institutional LAWS. SCAM

Three different tellers came around the corner, because apparently their drawers that they were working with were at the drive-through. I heard them counting it over 30 times and it took so long. I was the only person in there. There’s no music it’s so strange. Then I had a question about something in my account, and the manager I think her name is Veronica, comes around loud talking And screaming my information . Super aggressive. Super unnecessary, tone it down please. I will never go there again literally ruined my whole day.
