- SNSam NawasJun 4, 20221.0This bank is complete trash. If I could give this bank a zero out of five stars I would. Horrible customer service. It was fine when it was BBVA but when PNC took over they brought unethical practices with them. They charged me $7 monthly service fee because my account had less than $500 with no warning. When I tried to get it waived the representative agreed to waive it but the system did not allow him to. So I spoke to a manager who was completely useless and refused to refund the fee. I closed my accounts. Don't do business with this bank. They have very shady business policies. My only regret is I wish I would have closed my account sooner.
