Based on my this poor experience, I will be sure that I will never in my life obtain branded credit card, mortgage, loan, or anything related to the bank. I went in to cash a check that was written for me from the bank. Kolbi informed me that she will charge me a 2% fee for cashing a check. I felt that is highly inappropriate to charge me a fee for a check that is written from the bank. I will never again return to the bank.
