  Always welcoming and helpful, and has a great little coffee bar. I had to make a decent-sized cash withdrawal and had lost my wallet with my license, ugh! LUPITA was SUPER helpful while still protecting the security on my account by asking me a few security questions to verify I was who I said I was without making me feel like I was on trial. Thank you!!

  Everytime I walk in I feel like I'm VIP. The tellers always greet me by my name. Most of the time there aren't any lines and they always have candy. The bank itself is beautiful inside complete with a grand piano. BBVA is by far my favorite bank.

  I opened a business account and ordered the clover adapter for my android phones. The Clover did not work on either of my phones I canceled it 12/22 with Mandy confirmation number 87216217 at 2:03pm MST. I had returned the unit to the bank and Hitch the rep was to receive and send back to the bank. I have since been charged 29.99 and have continued to receive emails saying I need to renew my password on a canceled account I have been to the bank on 1/13 to get resolution and was told my cancellation on 12/22 did not go thru. So canceled again 1/13/16 I can not reply to emails sent by Clover. All emails I have sent via email via Clover's website no replies. It is almost 3 months later and this is not resolved. Nor is my 29.99 but their Clover unit is returned as it was received. I went to another Compass Bank on Scottsdale and Thunderbird and saw Hitch and spoke to bank manager and he said he has not returned it yet. I tried to complain to BBB and CLOVER is not even found. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESOLUTION! L.Gray
