- RCRichard CappelOct 9, 20193.0I go to this branch probably 3 to 5 times a week everyone is nice but I went in today and needed some help with something and they could see I was getting emotional but would not go out of their way to help. They finally said they would Make An Exception and help But I had to go pick up something come back then take it back so I left and went to another branch and they helped me with no run around and made up reasons why they couldn’t get it done they just did it without me even having to explain what I wanted done. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS SAD MY HOME BRANCH COULD NOT HELP A REGULAR CUSTOMER
