I Have called 3 times and have received the same runaround each time. The last two times I called the branch manager was suppose to call back. NO PHONE CALL. Very poor customer service.

This bank has been awesome their fraud department detects things that might be a scam and blocks it from doing any damage to my accounts. It has a hometown feel unlike big corporation banks, Only improvements could be adding the deposit feature on your atm's

I’ve called and gone into the physical branches at least 4 times and everyone I talked to gave me different reasons as to why I’m experiencing this and then give you a bogus solution. I was glad they added Zelle so I could Zelle myself my own money but now I can’t even do that. I swear, if I wasn’t being forced paper checks I’d be long gone from foothills.
