- KFKristen Ferrell4 days ago1.0Susan is brash and rude. Everytime I've come in to cash a check she's made it difficult while also being rude and we're talking 5-6 times. I finally asked to speak to a manager about it and she yelled from behind another teller window that she's been rude because I'm "not a client". I just looked at him expecting him to correct her or apologize for her behavior and he didn't seem surprised or like he had any authority to correct her. I'm not a client but the person writing the checks is and kindness and customer service should be for everyone.

If I have to wait it's not long and I'm offered a water while I wait. I have been a customer with this company for going on 10yrs now and will continue until the day I die of old age
