I tell her the issue and she transfers me to an automated system which I didn't ask for. The way this Bank does business is Horrible! It's bad enough they ran my card twice for the same purchase. It's an awful way to conduct business when the bank double dips on their customers accounts. Then you get No help to retrieve your funds. So the Bank is inconveniencing their customers as well. Just run from this Bank.
